पंचशील ग्रीन्स-2 सोसायटी में 2 घंटों तक बिजली आपुर्ति ठप, निवासियों ने किया मेंटनेंस विभाग का घेराव |
ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट स्थित पंचशील ग्रीन्स-2 के निवासी बिल्डर द्वारा सोसायटी के प्रति की जा रही लापरवाही का खामियाजा भुगत रहे है।
सोसायटी के निवासी ने बताया कि मंगलवार को देर को 2 घंटे बिजली प्रभावित रही। जिसके कारण सभी निवासियों ने देर रात को मेंटनेंस ऑफिस का घेराव कर मेंटनेंस मैनेजर हेमंत कुमार औऱ इलेक्ट्रिक हेड डी सी त्यागी को समस्याओं के बारे में अवगत कराया। कहासुनी के बाद फोन पर बिल्डर से बात हुई। बिल्डर ने 3 दिन में बिजली की समस्या के समाधान का आश्वासन दिया है।
सोसायटी में लोग मेंटनेस की लापरवाही की वजह से बिना डी जी सेट के साथ रात बीता रहे है। निवासियों का आरोप है कि सोसायटी में 1500 परिवार रह रही है। लेकिन सोसायटी में सही प्रकार से लाइट की सुविधा नहीं है। जिसके कारण लोगों को कई घंटों तक बिजली के गुल होने के कारण भीषण गर्मी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं बिजली आपुर्ति में बाधा आने पर बच्चों की पढ़ाई भी नहीं हो पा रही है। सोसायटी में लगाए हुए जेनसेट भी लोड़ नहीं ले पा रहे है। जिसकों लेकर बिल्डर से सभी फ्लैटों में 3 फेज मीटर लगाने की मांग की जा चुकी हैै, लेकिन बिल्डर से बार बार शिकायत के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।
निवासी आलोक का कहना है कि सोसायटी में करीब 2 साल पहले लोगों को पजेशन मिलने शुरु हो गए थे। लेकिन आज तक वे यहां मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित है। 2 साल पहले ही बिल्डर द्वारा मेंटनेंस चार्ज पहले ही लिया जा चुका है। लेकिन धरातल पर कहीं भी कोई सुविधा नहीं दिखाई नहीं देती है। बिजली की समस्या को लेकर मेंटनेंस विभाग को कई बार अवगत कराया गया है। लेकिन कोई एंक्शन नहीं लिया गया। वहीं सोसायटी में कोरोना के नाम पर साफसफाई भी नहीं की जा रही है। चारों ओर गंदगी फैली हुई है।
